Because our staff has over 200 years of combined experience in the food and beverage industry, we are able to offer our customers a level of service and variety that few companies can match. We train our managers, technicians and supervisors on the newest innovations each year so that our service level stays high.
We use a company wide software system that tracks each transaction giving us more insight into what our customers like as well as providing you with accurate up to date sales reports. Many of our vending machines now use a remote monitoring system that allows us to communicate with the machine each night, downloading the days sales and even if it has malfunctioned. We draw on the best that experience and technology have to offer and provide our customers with a vending service second to none.
We are members of the National Automatic Merchandising Assocation, the Mississippi Automatic Merchandising Association,the Alabama Vending Association, The Better Business Bureau, the Mississippi Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. As members of NAMA we have signed the NAMA Ethics Pledge including the prohibition against “R Factoring”.
Our employees are drug tested prior to hiring, we provide full liability insurance, and our employees are well trained, uniformed, courteous professionals whose job is to ensure that you are satisfied.
